Q. Why do I have to register?
We only work with approved
referral agents. Registering helps us keep in touch for future
referral fees form the same client. Referral fee income is
reportable income. We issue every referral agent a 1099 at
the end of the year for IRS reporting.
Q. How long does it take to
be approved?
The registration process is a simple one. It usually takes
less that 1 working day.
Q. As an approved referral
agent am I an employee?
No - you are not an employee. you are an independant agent.
We do have coporate employee opportunities in sales and origination
at Radar Financial. Please email us directly using the "contact
us" page. Please make sure you include your interest
in employment opportunities.
Q. What types of loans can
I refer?
We provide commercial lending services for loan secured by
commercial real estate. We do not take referrals for residential
lending (in some states that is defined by how title is held.
In those states we do not lend on on properties titled to
individuals. The title must be in the company's name) We do
not provide business loans that are not fully collateralized
by commercial real estate. If you are not sure if the loan
you want to refer qualifies please review the list of commercial
property types at our
Loan Programs page. If that does not answer your
question please contact us to discuss the situation.
Q. When do I get paid?
You get paid within 24-48 hours of our receipt of funds.
Q. How do I know the status
of a referral?
We provide you with weekly updates of all referrals in process.
Q. If the client comes back
to I get a referral Fee?
Yes. Your referral is for the current loan and any future
commercial loans we do for the referral even if they contact
us directly. We keep track of referrals as part of our registration
progress.
Q. In which states do you provide
commercial lending services?
We currently work in the following states; AL, AR, CO, CT,
DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL,IN, KS,KY, LA, MA, ME, MI, NM, MT,
NE, NC, NH, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA,
WV.
